Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and CapperBots LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("CapperBots", "we", "us"), governing your use of the CapperBots Discord bot, dashboard, and website (the "Service"). By adding the bot to a server, creating an account, or subscribing, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a community or company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

You must be at least 18 years old — and of legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction (21+ in many U.S. states) — to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children.

CapperBots provides community-management tooling for Discord servers: moderation, promos, scheduled posting, giveaways, pick tracking, and related features. CapperBots is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, and is not affiliated with FanDuel, DraftKings, or any sportsbook. Content produced or tracked through the Service — including AI-assisted drafts and statistics — is for entertainment and informational purposes only and is not betting, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own wagering decisions. Please gamble responsibly — if you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

You sign in with Discord or X (Twitter). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your connected accounts secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or its users at risk.

• Auto-renewal. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
• Free trials. Where a plan offers a free trial, the trial converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard, with no more steps than signing up, or by emailing privacy@capperbots.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not pro-rated. If something went wrong, contact us and we'll try to make it right.
• Price changes. We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next renewal after the notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, or violate Discord's or X's terms and policies;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or harass others;
• misrepresent results, records, or endorsements to your community;
• probe, overload, or attempt to breach the Service's security; or
• resell or white-label the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend access to enforce this section.

You keep ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service — to store, process, and deliver your content to the places you direct (your Discord server, your connected X account). You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and post.

Some features generate output with AI (Anthropic's Claude), as described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be wrong — review it before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for content you post, including AI-assisted content.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CapperBots LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data; and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and removing the bot. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 7, 9, and 11) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us at privacy@capperbots.com — most issues can be resolved informally.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: privacy@capperbots.com.
